Not sure what to tell you.

Is the fluid clear or colored? Is it bubbly? Is it thick or watery?

Is the chicken acting OK otherwise? Eating and drinking and active?

Watery eyes would mean a lot of things. How long has this been going on?

Could be some kind of irritation in the eyes, could be a sign of illness.

Wish I could tell you more. I would need a lot more information, possibly a photo, to help any more.
