I have a 3 month old rooster and 12 1 month old chicks can i put them together

My simple answer is: No.

But it all depends on the rooster. Some roosters will protect the chicks, often depends on the breed. Some roosters will bother chicks without a mother hen, even trying to breed young hens.

I don't suggest it, but it might work.
