I'm sorry, but there are so many possibilities of causes for these problems and there isn't enough information to give you a specific cause.
I would say this chicken should be separated from any other poultry in case this is infectious.
Watch your other chickens for similar signs. You may need to get this one checked by a vet to find out if this is an infectious disease.
Once you know for sure what the problem is, you will know how to treat and what precautions to take with other poultry.
Would need to know much more about this chicken and possibly see a photo to give you a more educated guess. A precise cause could only be figured out by a physical exam and possibly diagnostic testing.
