Try worming them.. this happened to mine. I used food grade diatomaceous earth. You can also use this to dust them and all of your other animals also.

Don't get it in their eyes or let them breath it though. It dries up the bugs. It is not a poison.

It is kind of hard to find.. also something in the yard could have scared them and that will keep them from laying.
